Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to the scheduled tour date: Full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled tour date: 50% refund of the total tour price.
Cancellations made within 72 hours: No refunds will be issued.
Weather-related cancellations: Tours will take place rain or shine. No refunds will be provided due to inclement weather. However, we will do our best to reschedule your tour based on availability.
We understand that plans can change, and we’re happy to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability, subject to a rescheduling fee if applicable. We recommend booking your tour as early as possible to secure your preferred dates.
